REGISTRATION
Dear participants, the registration and payment information of our authors whose papers are accepted in our congress are given below.
- Notified registrants have the opportunity to attend the preparatory course free of charge. Those who want to participate must fill in the course participation form. Click here to register for the preparation course.
- If the author who will present the paper accepted in our congress is a domestic participant (Academic Staff / Teacher / Student), they will pay 1250 TL.
- Those who will attend the congress as a company participant (up to 10 people) will pay 5000 TL.
- All papers submitted to the congress will be evaluated by blind refereeing process. Participants who are accepted after the refereeing process and whose papers are presented will be given a Congress Participation Certificate.
- Those who will attend our congress as a listener will be given a Listener Participation Certificate.
- If the accepted and presented paper has multiple authors, the other authors must register as a listener to the congress in order to receive their congress participation certificates. In papers with multiple authors, other authors who do not register to the congress will not be given a congress participation certificate.

Registration and Payment
- In our congress, a researcher can present only one paper with the registration fee. The researcher pays a 50% discount for the second paper.
- When registering for our congress, the payment information should be specified in the explanation section of the "receipts" as Turkish ID number, name and surname, and the paper number from CMT, respectively. The relevant receipt should be sent to kongre@bakircay.edu.tr via e-mail.
- Participants who wish to attend as a listener should indicate in the description section of the "receipts" as LISTENER, Turkish ID number, name and surname respectively. The relevant receipt should be sent to kongre@bakircay.edu.tr via e-mail.
- Information about the gala dinner will be announced on the announcements page in the future.
- Researchers who do not pay the registration fee will not be able to take part in the congress even if their papers are accepted.
