SUBMIT PAPER

Only abstracts or full texts written in English will be evaluated at the congress.

Abstracts:

Abstracts of accepted papers will be published in the abstract booklet.

Full text papers:

Submission of full-text papers is optional. A separate proceedings booklet will not be published for full-text submissions. Authors may submit full-text papers to the international peer-reviewed journal “Artificial Intelligence Theory and Applications”. In this case, the manuscripts submitted by the “Full text submission deadline” will go through the refereeing process of the journal.

Submission of papers to the congress will be made via Microsoft paper management system (CMT) between 06.08.2024 - 07.11.2024. You can access the Manuscript Management System from the link below.

Paper submissions are made through CMT. Please upload your papers using alternative internet browsers and devices for technical difficulties you may encounter in CMT. Email submissions are not accepted.

Emails received through the CMT System may fall into spam (junk folder). For this reason, we kindly ask you to check the relevant folder.

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Papers will be uploaded to the Microsoft CMT Proceedings Management System.
- You can access the CMT Proceedings Management System from the link https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IAHIC2024/ and upload your papers.
- The information requested from the authors must be filled in completely.
- All authors must be registered in the Microsoft CMT system. If authors are not already registered in Microsoft CMT system, they can register during the paper upload process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Authors should pay attention to grammar and spelling rules during the submission process. At this point, the responsibility belongs to the authors.
- Although submitted on the appropriate date, papers with missing author information or bibliography information that do not comply with the abstract template after acceptance will not be included in the abstract book.
- There should be no academic title in the author names in the abstracts.
- Participants will be given participation certificates after the oral presentation.
- It is important to save this number as the “Paper ID (Paper Number)” to be obtained from the Microsoft CMT Paper Management System will be used in the paper registration payment.
- If the accepted and presented research is multi-authored, the other authors must register as a listener to the congress in order to receive the congress participation certificates.
- A participant can upload a maximum of two papers. The fee for the second paper is paid with a 50% discount.
